N4523A20Q5714

1. PWS 2. States

The contractor shall perform Preventative Maintenance on two film processors semi-annually located at

Puget Sound Naval Shipyard as directed by task order in accordance with Revision 2.08 Operating Manual for the Structurix M ECO

(Type 5203/300) film processor.

The PM shall be performed on one film processor per visit.

Question CLIN 1: as written doing only one processor per visit would drive cost way up. Is that what you intended. I would recommend doing both processors per visit to reduce costs.

Each processor will receive one PM per year. The PMs will be offset, meaning there will be a PM once every six months, the processor will not per serviced at the same time.

Question CLIN 1: I don’t understand the quantity on Clin 1. Doing semi-annual on one processor

(1processor X 2 visits per year X 2 Processor is a total of 4 vice 10)

Bremerton has two processors that will receive one PM per year over a five-year period, for a total of ten visits throughout the life of CLIN 0001.The RFQ has been updated for additional clarity.

Question CLIN 3: same issue as above semi-annual Pm would be two in a year

The quantity included per CLIN spans the life of the 5-year IDIQ. There will be one visit per year, over a five-year period. The RFQ has been updated for additional clarity.
