About this file
This document is an Amendment to Solicitation N4425524RP00023, which is a request for a one-year lease, with up to nine one-year renewal options, for approximately 10,200 ANSI/BOMA square feet of Class A administrative office space near Bremerton, Washington. The amendment modifies the requirements for toilet facilities in the leased space. Specifically, it provides detailed specifications for the number and types of fixtures required, including water closets, sinks, and urinals, based on the expected occupancy. It also requires the restrooms to meet ABAAS accessibility standards and include certain equipment such as paper towel and soap dispensers, and mirrors. The amendment provides additional details on water usage requirements for new plumbing fixtures.
