About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers Form for the NAVFAC Marianas Strategic Planning Services solicitation (N40192-25-T-9008). The Q&A covers critical details about an upcoming three-day ESG Summit scheduled for 27-29 August 2025, with 50 total participants (4 leadership, 40 internal staff, 11 external stakeholders). Key discussion points include survey population size (250-300 participants), summit facilitation requirements, graphic recording techniques, and stakeholder access.

The document reveals the government expects the contractor to lead all summit activities independently, with minimal NAVFAC support. Specific requirements include developing a customized agenda, facilitating discussions, documenting summit proceedings, and producing a draft and final Annual Execution Plan (AEP). The solicitation indicates qualitative factors will be considered in evaluation, not just technical acceptability and price. Contractors will have access to stakeholder lists and previous ESG outputs within 3 business days of award, and existing audio-visual equipment will be available at the venue.
