About this file
This document is an Amendment of Solicitation (Standard Form 30) for a Naval Facilities Engineering Command contract for Fuel Farm Repairs at UN360 and TC366 sites. Amendment No. 0002 extends the time and date for receipt of proposals to 1400 hours on 23 May 2025, and includes a Request for Information (RFI) with five key contractor questions about the project specifications and site work conditions.
The RFI addresses critical project details, including: confirmation that ICC IBC Special Inspection Certification can be removed from specifications (YES), eOMSI cannot be removed from specifications (NO), fuel farm sites must remain operational during construction with potential temporary outages, and both construction sites can be worked on simultaneously. The solicitation is specifically targeted to Mechanical MACC Contractors for repair work in the Camp Lejeune area of responsibility, with the amendment serving to clarify technical and operational parameters for potential bidders.
