AMENDMENT 0002 – 12 SEPTEMBER 2024
The purpose of this amendment is to provide:

II. The SF330 Submission Due Date of 23 September 2024 NLT 2:00 PM EDT remains unchanged.
III. PPI Deadline remains unchanged.
I. Pre-Proposal Inquiry Responses
Question 14. "To be considered, projects must have been completed within the seven (7) years immediately preceding the date of issuance of this Synopsis with the completion date clearly stated."
"If the firm was the Designer of Record on a design-build, the design portion of the project must be clearly stated as Design Completion Date and have been completed within the seven (7) years immediately preceding the date of issuance of this Synopsis to qualify as demonstrating design experience."
For Design-Bid-Build projects, can the "project completion date" be considered the design completion date, similar to Design-Build projects? (Reference: Submission Requirements, Page 7 of 14, Paragraphs 1 & 4)
Response: Please refer to the "ATTACHMENT D - PROJECT INFORMATION FORM" provided with Amendment 0002. Your firm may complete this form for each project submitted to provide additional clarity pertaining to completion dates. If the submitted project is Design-
Build, then the Completion Date should be the date that the project design was completed, not when construction was completed. If the project is Design-Bid-Build, then the Completion Date should be the date that construction was completed. If the project is still under construction, state
"ONGOING" for the Completion Date. Then below, enter the percentage under Project is % complete (as of submission due date).
Question 15. "Specific disciplines that must be included in key personnel are Program/Project
Manager, Quality Control, Task Order Manager, Architects, Civil Engineers, Structural
Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Fire Protection Engineers, Geotechnical Engineers, and Interior Designers. The following key personnel must also be licensed, registered, and/or certified: Geotechnical Engineers, Civil Engineers, Structural
Engineers, Architects, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Fire Protection Engineers, and Interior Designers."
Many of the "key personnel" listed in the solicitation are plural. How many Architects, Civil
Engineers, Structural Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Fire Protection
Engineers, Geotechnical Engineers, and Interior Designers are we required to include on the team? Due to the page limitation, we recommend either requiring only one person/resume for each of these disciplines or increasing the page count. (Reference: Criterion 2 – Professional
Qualifications (SF330, Part I, Sections E & G), Page 9 of 14, Paragraph 1)
Response: One person/resume for each specific discipline included in key personnel will be adequate.
II. The SF330 Submission Due Date of Monday, 23 September 2024 NLT 2:00 PM EDT remains unchanged.
III. The deadline receipt of PPIs from Offerors is Friday, 13 September 2024 NLT 2:00PM
EDT. Responses to RFI’s received after this time may not receive a response.
