Tri-Command Grounds Maintenance Site Visit Information

Date: Thursday 5 January 2023 Time: 9:00 AM Location: MCAS Public Works Building, Building 616, Moore Street

All visitors must submit a base access request NLT 72 hours prior to arrival. The base access pass will be picked up at the Pass/I.D. Building located to the right of the main gate entry point. Allow 30 min to receive your access pass as they process numerous requests in the morning hours.

Visitors must complete the base access request form provided and a copy of their Social Security Card and Driver’s License.

Please limit the number of representatives from your organization to two people.

Directions to MCAS Beaufort:

From Charleston: Take US 17 South towards Savannah. Take the exit to Hwy 21 South “Trask Parkway”.

(enter next roundabout and take the 2nd exit onto Trask Pkwy). Stay on Hwy 21 South until you see the

Air Station on the left (approx. 14 miles). Turn left into the main gate and stay in the right lane for access to the pass/I.D. building which is just prior to the guard points. From the pass/I.D. facility enter through the main gate and proceed straight on Geiger Blvd and bear left at the Y intersection just across a small bridge. Turn right just before the Public Works building. The parking lot is on the right.

From Savannah: Take I-95 North towards Florence. Take exit 8 (Hwy 278-Hilton Head/Sun City). Turn left onto Argent Blvd/SC-141/SC-462. Turn left onto Okatie Hwy/SC-170. Continue to follow SC-170. Turn left onto US-21 N/Parris Island Gtwy. Turn left onto Trask Pkwy/US-21 N. Turn right onto Geiger Blvd. stay in the right lane for access to the pass/I.D. building which is just prior to the guard points. From the pass/I.D. facility enter through the main gate and proceed straight on Geiger Blvd and bear left at the Y intersection just across a small bridge. Turn right just before the Public Works building. The parking lot is on the right.
