# Reference Question Government Response Page Section Paragraph
1 Please clarify if the following statement would apply to Joint Ventures that have interest in submitting a SF330 proposal in response to N4008522R2616:
“If submitting as a Joint Venture, and you do not yet have DUNS, CAGE, and TIN for the Joint Venture, then DUNS, CAGE and TIN should be submitted for each firm. DUNS, CAGE and TIN for the Joint Venture, if selected, would be required prior to the award of any contract”
See Amendment 1 changes to Section 5.1. Bid per RFP
2 7 7.1 Criterion 1- Specialized Experience (SF330, Part I, Section F), States “For Design-Build projects, state whether offeror performed as sub-contractor for Prime construction contractor in role of Designer of Record (DOR) or if not, the specific role” which seems to imply that Design/Build project experience is considered similar. However, the next sentence states, “Only experience where firms prepare the design-build RFP package will be considered services similar to those anticipated under this contract”. Does that mean that if we submit a Design/Build project as relevant experience in which the team provided full design and construction administration services it will not be considered?
Bid per RFP.
