GOVERNMENT PRE-AWARD INQUIRY FORM Attachment (1)

Page Section Para.

6-a-ⅰ It says, “As the need exists for the performance of Non-Recurring work...”, but please explain the specific conditions for the occurrence of non-recurring work.

Non-Recurring work orders are used to address needs that can't be met through Recurring work. These are issued as formal task orders when the government requires a specific, one-time service.

2 13-Jun-25 PWS The PWS only mentions fluorescent lamps. Is it correct to understand that mercury lamps are not covered by this contract? If there is a misunderstanding, please let us know the planned quantity to be disposed of under this contract.

Collection, transportation, and disposal of mercury lamps are included in this contract. The language in J-1503030-11, Historical Quantities has been updated accordingly to clarify this per A0001 (Attachment 3)

3 13-Jun-25 PWS /J-0200000-

Will #714 be unavailable at the start of this contract? If so, when will the dismantling of#714 begin? Will you provide an alternative area other than #714 during the dismantling period?

That is correct, Building 714 will be unavailable. The Government-furnished Facility (GFF) area, delineated by a pink line and marked as "B.# 714 Segregation Facility" on the drawing J-0200000-04, will continue to be available for the contractor's use. There are no plans to provide an alternative area and there is currently no date established for when the project at Bldg. 714 will begin.

The Government has noticed that page 1 of 2 of drawing J-0200000-04 includes size information for Building 714. As this may have caused confusion, the drawing has been updated accordingly.

4 13-Jun-25 PWS /J-0200000-

Currently, we are using the electrical outlets inside of B#714, but if #714 becomes unavailable, where should we get electricity from?

Please refer to Spec Item 2.4.4, Government-Furnished Utilities in Annex 0200000. The Contractor may submit a request to use Government-provided electricity. Upon approval of the request, the Contractor will be permitted to tap into the electricity and/or domestic water. If the request is not approved, the contractor may install a generator to supply the necessary power.

NTITIES

It states, “Washing machines and dryers will be collected by contractors and disposed of/recycled outside the installation site.” This is not included in the QRP, and I understand that these items are not to be delivered to the recycling center. Is that correct?

That is correct. 0001

6 18-Jun-25 What measures should be taken if the disposal contractor (disposal site) or transportation contractor specified in the initial joint venture agreement is changed or added?

The contractor is responsible for notifying the Contracting Office in writing of any changes to the Joint Venture Agreement and for submitting all required, updated permissions and licensees as detailed in the SOW.

7 18-Jun-25 We understand that the fluorescent lamps and mercury lamps currently stored in Building #714 are not covered by this contract. Is this understanding correct?

Collection, transportation, and disposal of mercury lamps are included in this contract. The language in J-1503030-11, Historical Quantities has been updated accordingly to clarify this per A0001 (Attachment 3).
