Bidders must be authorized to operate in Japan and hold a construction license. While no site visit or pre-bid conference will be held, there will be a public bid opening at the base. An attachment with pricing details is available at SAM.gov. The document addresses questions about obtaining the pricing attachment, entry/exit procedures for visiting the base, and requirements for performance bonds at award and task order levels.
