It is stated that "The Government does not intend to respond to inquiries submitted less than 10 calendar days (30 Jul 2022) before the bid opening date." However, it seems that we do not have enough time to summarize the price proposal after getting the Government response for inquiries within the limited days. In addition, the middle of August is Obon holiday week in Japan.

Moreover, we do not have enough time to confirm/clarify added specification on Amd.0002.

Therefore, please extend BID proposal date at least three weeks.
