Recurring Word Orders?
1.1
We would like to request the addition of the following words “CHT water / Gray Water / excretion (non-industrial wastes)” to the first sentence of Spec Item 1.1. Because there is a possibility of discharge of such liquid waste from vessels. We will be able to correspond to such liquid waste (non-industrial wastes) collection and disposal orders by adding those words into the sentence of Spec Item 1.1.
“CHT water / Gray Water / excretion (non-industrial wastes)” will not be added to the contract.

Also, if waste continues to be generated that greatly exceeds historical data, is it possible to negotiate a unit price review?
This is firmed fixed-price contract in accordance with FAR 16.202 Firm-fixed-price contracts. Refer to DFARS Clause 252.243-7002 Requests for Equitable Adjustment which has been added to the IFP for additional information.
21 There is a period of 8 years, but as Sasebo base, please tell us how much the amount of waste generated will increase or decrease based on the historical data presented in the specifications.
The historical data for the year of 2013 to 2016 is attached for reference (Attachment i). For instance, general waste (incinerated waste) per month is decreased by 16% since 2013 in average. The amount of waste generated could be increased or decreased in the future. Please consider all possible ways to determine each unit price.
22 At the conference, I heard that waste is not completely separated. Is it possible to refuse receipt if waste is mixed in a container for each purpose?
No. The Contractor shall be responsible for segregation of waste under the Contract.
