Does a system have to comply with all specification listed above as mentioned in SPEC? If so, please kindly provide us the content of specification of

NAVSEA OP5.

28 24 Dec, 2021 Spec. Section 03 30 00.00 33, 2.3.1 I inquired about “Maximum Nominal Aggregate Size 25 mm” to concrete plants and they all responded, “the maximum nominal aggregate size in Japan is 20mm so concrete mix with 25mm aggregate is not available in Japan.” What should we do?

If 25mm aggregate is not available, allow replacement with 20mm aggregate.

29 27 Dec, 2021 Can the government provide existing photos for the seawall that needs to be repaired since the contractors were not allowed to bring their mobile phones during site survey which the contractor normally use for taking site photos.

At Urago ordnance area, Normally, no one has been allowed to bring in mobile phones for a long time.

We didn’t have a site photo this time, so we took pictures with a camera instead of a mobile phone. See attached “5_Q29_Sight photo”.

30 27 Dec, 2021 Due to yearend holiday, Contractor would like to request 30 days extension of the bid due date.
