SOLICITATION NO. N4008418T5405

PROJECT TITLE/LOCATION: DEMOLITION B#203 AND B1747 U.S. MCAS IWAKUNI, JAPAN (ID#3184611)

GOVERNMENT PRE‐PROPOSAL INQUIRY FORM Amendment 0002 Attachment (1)

Page Section Para.

1 01‐Aug‐18 Amendment

Government Responses to Question No.

11, 12 and 13

Government responded to the questions #11, #12 and #13 in Amendment 001 that "Personnel who have Japanese licenses as equivalent as US licenses required in CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) can perform in accordance with Japanese law, JEGS and local regulations. However please refer to CFR indicated in para.2.4 "References and Technical Documents" (page 42) and

"ATTACHMENT J‐1501000‐02: REFERENCES

AND TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS" (page 171)."

We understand that we perform work in accordance with Japanese law, JEGS, local regulations and CFR. However, which standards will govern in case of differences between these standards? Are we supposed to follow the most strict requirements (which most likely CFR)?

Where the requirements of the CFR, JEGS, Japanese law, and local regulations vary the most stringent requirements shall govern the appropriate action.
