About this file

This document is Amendment 0003 to Solicitation N4008024R7460 for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for General Administrative Architect-Engineering (AE) Services for medium to large projects at various military installations in the NAVFAC Washington area.

The amendment provides responses to Pre-Proposal Inquiries (PPIs), clarifying the distinction between references to "studies" in the selection criteria and the types of services required. It also confirms that copies of professional licenses for key personnel are not required, but that resume information on certifications should be provided. Additionally, the amendment clarifies that third-tier subconsultants cannot be included in the Small Business Subcontracting Plan, and provides further details on the Joint Venture (JV) member requirements for projects where a JV was previously utilized. The submission deadline of August 14, 2024 at 2:00 PM remains unchanged.
