The Government’s estimate for this solicitation includes all the work identified in the solicitation and represents the budgeted amount for this project. While budget amounts are occasionally increased, the prospective bidders should not assume if bids exceed the budgeted amount, the funding will increase. Therefore, notification should be given to the Contracting Officer prior to the solicitation closing date if a prospective bidder’s bid will include unforeseen costs and/or costs due to market condition changes so the Government can accurately reflect those conditions in its estimate.

c. Completion Time/Phasing/Liquidated Damages.

The contract resulting from this solicitation will allow 150 days for completion of the work. The completion time for this project is based on our assessment of the construction requirements for this project.
