Data Item 005 is Equipment Technical Manual (Sanitized) providing Technical/Operating Instructions and Equipment Data Sheets per DI-TMSS-81675A and SOW 5.5.5, 5.5.6, and 5.5.8, with updates submitted as manuals are revised. Data Item 006 is a Maintenance Support Plan with Preventive Maintenance Schedules per DI-ILSS-81225 and SOW 5.3.2 and 5.5.7, updated when components are delivered, replaced, or OEM updates occur. Data Item 007 is a Maintenance Service Report (Technical Field Inspection Report) per DI-MGMT-80995A and SOW 5.3.3, submitted weekly beginning seven days after component delivery and within one day after each maintenance/inspection instance.
