About this file
This is Amendment 3 to solicitation N3904025R0004 for temporary HVAC equipment rental at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The amendment provides a revised Statement of Work and schedule, extends the submission due date by one week, and adjusts CLIN information.
The requirement is for a temporary HVAC and exhaust system including multiple HVAC units, industrial exhaust blowers, chillers, pumps, and associated components to provide tempered air, fresh air exchanges, and exhaust for an industrial work environment. Key equipment includes triple/double coil HVAC units (20,000 CFM capacity), high pressure blowers, exhaust blowers, electric fan coil units (150 KW), 230-ton chillers, and 600 GPM chilled water pumps. The performance period spans from February 2025 through November 2026, with various components having different delivery and return dates based on cooling and heating seasons. All equipment must be pre-wired with remote E-Stop capability and meet specific technical requirements for power, airflow, heating/cooling capacity, and construction standards.
