ANSWER: Yes, the Baxter bolt area as defined in the RFP may be slightly elevated.
3. Is a counter-measure washdown system required? If so, what are the specifications for it?
ANSWER: URC does not require a counter-measure washdown system/station.
4. What are the dimensions of the 7-meter RHIB and the RHIB launch and recovery system?
ANSWER: RHIB dimensions: LOA-23 ft 9 inches, Beam-9 ft, Draft-3 ft 5 inches, weight 6,000 lbs. The RHIB is required to be launched by a ship's system.
