REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NUMBER: N01CN55003-47
Amendment No.: 9
Date of Issuance: 03/19/2015
The above numbered Request For Proposal (RFP) is amended as set forth below. The hour and date specified for receipt of Offerors is changed to: 03/31/15 2:00PM EST.
Offerors MUST acknowledge receipt of the amendment prior to the hour and the date specified in the solicitation or as amended, by separate letter, telegram, or Electronic Mail which includes a reference to the RFP and Amendment number(s). For your convenience, the Proposal Intent Response Form is provided in SECTION J - List of Attachments of this RFP, for this purpose.
FAILURE OF YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT TO BE RECEIVED AT THE PLACE DESIGNATED FOR THE RECEIPT OF OFFERORS PRIOR TO THE HOUR AND DATE SPECIFIED MAY RESULT IN REJECTION OF YOUR OFFER.
This Amendment hereby revises the due date of receipt of proposals to Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at 2:00PM EST.
This Amendment also provides responses to questions received on 3/13/15, as stated below. Please note that the deadline for questions has passed; however, these additional questions came in prior to the cutoff date of 3/16/15;
therefore, responses are provided below.
Question 1: Is the 1st statement of work (that covers the full scope of the project) included into the body of the technical proposal and does it count against the 120 pages limit?
Response 1: Yes, see Section 3.B. Technical Discussions/Technical Approach of Attachment 9, Additional Technical Proposal Instructions, which discusses that the offeror shall submit a proposal that addresses the Task Areas in the Statement of Work.
Question 2: Is the 2nd statement of work that is specific to the sample task order included into the body of the task order or can we submit it as an attachment to the task order. If the SOW is included into the body of the task order, does it count against the page limit of the task order?
Response 2: See Section 3.C. Technical Discussions/Sample Task Order of Attachment 9, Additional Technical Proposal Instructions. The response to the Sample Task Order should be included as a separate section (appropriately marked) in the technical proposal. The page limit for the sample task order proposal is 14 pages. The sample task order 14 page limit excludes the cover sheet, resumes, and all appendices or attachments. The sample task order response does NOT count towards the technical proposal 120 pages limit.
END OF AMENDMENT 9.
