Attachment 1 – Materials List

Classroom 1

Projector (QTY: 1)

Must be lampless

Must be Digital Light Processing (DLP) type

Must be > 6,000 lumens

Must have power cord ≥ 15 feet in length

Must have handheld remote to power on/off and access menu

Short throw zoom lens (QTY: 1)

Must be compatible with the projector

Must meet the throw distance between screen and wall (approx. 76-78” throw required)

Must project to at least 80% of screen surface area (approx. 6,440 sq. in.; 16:9 required)

Shelf (QTY: 1)

Must be able to be mounted to back pegboard-lined wall of audiovisual room (see Attachment 2 – Photos for photographs of pegboard)

Must be able to support at least 45 pounds of weight

High Definition Media Interface (HDMI) cable (QTY: 1)

Must be ≥ 15 feet in length

Classroom 5

1) Projector (QTY: 1)

Must be lampless

Must be Digital Light Processing (DLP) type

Must be > 6,500 lumens

Must have power cord ≥ 2 feet in length

Must have handheld remote to power on/off and access menu

2) Long throw zoom lens (QTY: 1)

Must be compatible with the projector

Must meet the throw distance between screen and mount (approx. 19’ throw required)

Must project to at least 80% of screen surface area (approx. 8,410 sq. in.; 16:10 required)

3) Wireless microphone system (QTY: 1)

Must include two wireless wearable lapel microphones

Must include HD dual channel receiver to support microphones and base charger

4) Power sequencer (QTY: 1)

Must control the powering on/off of all equipment in the audiovisual room

5) Custom operational manual (QTY: 1)

Must provide start-to-finish technical information on how to operate the entire audiovisual system
