About this file
This document contains instructions for completing an attachment to a solicitation for simulation division support services. The solicitation seeks proposals for a single-award contract to provide research, development, test, evaluation, and business operations support to the Navy's Simulation Division and associated laboratories. Services include managing laboratory hardware-in-the-loop simulation systems for manned and unmanned aviation systems, as well as administrative, facility operations, and project support. Offerors must submit proposed hourly and annual fully burdened labor rates by labor category and individual for the base year and four option years on the attachment template. The solicitation is currently in draft form, with the Navy reserving the right to update the proposal due date in final documents. The Naval Air Systems Command and Naval Air Warfare Center are the contracting agencies.
