Offerors must submit a capabilities statement by July 8, 2019 demonstrating experience supporting similar requirements, managing teams and subcontractors, and technical skills to perform tasks outlined in the draft Statement of Work. The small business prime must perform at least 50% of the work. The Naval Air Systems Command seeks these services for the Combat Integration & Identification Systems Division to support systems integration and production. The anticipated contract is a single-award IDIQ with a five-year ordering period valued at over 1 million hours to be performed at contractor and government sites. Respondents must qualify as a small business in NAICS 541330 with a $38.5 million size standard and hold a secret facility and information security clearance.
