About this file

This document contains a cost summary spreadsheet template and related federal contract opportunity notice. The cost summary spreadsheet template provides instructions for prime contractors and subcontractors to populate labor categories, hours, rates, and other direct costs for a potential logistics support/technical data contract. Offerors must include all labor costs, indirect rates, fixed fees, subcontractor information, and other direct costs by contract line item number and period of performance. The related federal contract opportunity is solicitation number N00421-18-R-0044 for logistics support/technical data services issued by the Naval Air Systems Command. It will be set aside for eligible 8(a) small businesses and involve tasks such as technical publication support, logistics configuration management, technical library support, logistics IT support, and technical data package acquisition. The single award IDIQ contract is anticipated to have cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price CLINs over a four year ordering period at various naval aviation locations.

Prime offeror fee on subcontractor price should be included in the fee column (rather than the cost column) of Section B.
