A: The Contract was award to ASEC in the amount of $123,972.00.

A: Instrumented Light Civil Aircraft.

Q: Will the instruction be given over a period of time during the period of performance or will it be at set day/week for all flight time during that period. Example instruction given during a one week time frame or 10 hours at the beginning of the performance period and 10 hours at the end.

A: The short course syllabus is two weeks in duration. The first week consists of academic lectures and simulator sessions. Typically, the aircraft safety brief is provided at the end of the first week. The flight instruction (not to exceed 20 hours) occurs during the second week. Q: Will the aircraft need to be located at the mentioned airports for the entire performance period?

A: No. However, the aircraft will need to be located at the mentioned airports during the fly week of the course and for fam briefs the week prior.

Q: If no how much lead time will be given to locate the aircraft and pilot at the mentioned airports?

A: If the aircraft/pilot needs to relocate during the fly week, it/they would need to return in time to support the set syllabus (typically 4 flights per day).
