About this file

This is a Material Equipment In Place List template spreadsheet that contractors must use to document equipment and materials installed or removed during the project. The template contains columns to capture details including asset descriptions, locations, quantities, costs, supplier information, model/serial numbers, warranty dates, and installation dates. The spreadsheet includes an example showing entries for breathing air filters and carpet installation, with detailed instructions for properly documenting each asset.

The template is associated with solicitation N0025325Q0006 for repairing cracks and applying floor coating at Building 1051 at Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport. While the template itself is a standard form for tracking installed equipment, the related opportunity is a small business set-aside construction project estimated at $100,000-$250,000, to be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract by April 21, 2025 under NAICS code 238190.
