About this file
This document contains a safety data sheet template for a federal solicitation from the Department of the Navy Naval Sea Systems Command to replace a coiling rollup door and security grille. The safety data sheet requests offerors to provide insurance carrier information and OSHA DART and total recordable case rates for the past five years, along with explanations for any negative safety trends. It also requests a two-page safety narrative describing the offeror's safety management system, subcontractor evaluation process, and oversight of subcontractor safety compliance.
