About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation N0024426Q0091, a galley maintenance and repair services requirement at Assault Craft Unit Five (ACU-5), MCB Camp Pendleton, California. The Q&A addresses submission procedures, pricing template requirements, and scope clarifications across four amendments issued between August 31 and September 4, 2026. Key clarifications include: all quotes must be submitted to the Contract Specialist regardless of prior submissions; pricing data must be entered into the provided Excel template (ACU-5 Pricing Attachment) with offerors responsible for formula accuracy; Option 4, a three-month period, requires full application of estimated hours (300 Corrective Maintenance hours, 50 Emergency Repair hours, and $15,000 Parts NTE) without proration; 24 Corrective Maintenance site visits are required annually; no documents require signatures; and the period of performance consists of a base year and four option years.

All offerors must submit complete, revised pricing sheets reflecting both the base period and all option periods as defined in Amendment 0001 of the Performance Work Statement. Prior submissions that lack pricing for the amended option periods will be evaluated as incomplete and non-compliant. This requirement was previously performed under Contract Number N0060425P4094, and the solicitation is structured as a 100% Small Business set-aside under FAR Part 12 for commercial items.
