About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers file for the NASNI Galley Upgrade solicitation (N00244-25-Q-S086) issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command. The Q&A addresses specific details about the project's mural and decorative elements, including artwork selection, design consultation, and technical exhibit specifications. Key points include that the Food Service Officer will select colors and pictures at no additional cost, and the contractor must provide consultation to incorporate visual references that reflect the location's culture and aesthetic. The project involves creating custom mixed-media murals with integrated lighting and floating walls for dining facilities at Naval Base Coronado, with a performance period from August or September 2025 to October 2025. Technical exhibits outline specific areas and requirements, with Technical Exhibit 7 demonstrating sample final products featuring LED lights and 3D effects.
