QUESTIONS

March 20, 2018

QUESTIONS:

8k and 20k forklifts; For the 8k forklift:

1) Does it need to be propane or can it be diesel power?

2) These type of fork trucks do not have a full free lift mast is that a requirement?

3) What does it mean varies up to 25’ lift? This size forklift usually is 10-12’ lift only.

ANSWERS:

"The three forklifts we currently have consist of two (2) 5K and one (1) 8K forklift. All three (3) forklifts need to be propane for use inside warehouse. In addition, all three forklifts should have the ability go up to 20' to place pallets on a 4 tier K-rack. Currently, we only have one with the ability to go up to 20'. “In regards to the 20K, having a mast to extend would be ideal however not a requirement since CNAP has a 5K that can accommodate the pallet lift up to 20' high. To sum up, we are good with the three forklifts listed below which are two (2) 5K forklifts and one

(1) 8K forklift. Currently, only one 5K has the ability to extend its mast up to 20'. It would be ideal if we can have all three extend up to 20'.

1) Model#: H50FT 5K forklift

S/N: L177B23312F

Note: The only forklift to have a tall mast to place pallets on 4 tier K-rack up to 20'

2) Model#: FGTCM (TCM) 5K forklift

S/N: A2H502716

3) Model#: FG35D.A1 (TCM) 8K forklift

S/N: G430001"
