About this file

This is an internal solicitation questions tracking document used by the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) to manage vendor inquiries and clarifications during the solicitation process for the VAMOSC contract opportunity (Solicitation N0018926R3106), issued under the SeaPort Multiple Award IDIQ vehicle.

The spreadsheet serves as a question log and internal coordination tool, capturing 49 vendor questions submitted on August 3, 2022, with corresponding routing to either FM&C (Facilities Management & Contracting) or NAVSUP for response. The document reflects internal deliberations and quality control efforts, with FM&C and NAVSUP personnel identifying issues such as leftover language from previous remediation task orders, irrelevant boilerplate from prior FIP III task orders, and unnecessary requirements regarding key personnel and DD-254 security requirements. Notable concerns raised include clarification on staffing flexibility for governance-related roles, uncertainty about whether vendors must maintain remote work policies, confirmation that pricing quotes should include specific submissions, and questions regarding systems selection criteria (specifically mention of S/4 HANA systems). The tracking indicates all questions were received and routed for response on the same date, with FM&C and NAVSUP sharing responsibility for developing responses to vendor inquiries prior to solicitation finalization.

38/3/228/3/22FM&CI'm not sure this is relevant to this task order. I think it may have been leftover verbiage from FIP III task orders. Also, there is no need for key personnel.

208/3/228/3/22FMCI'm not sure I even get the question the vendor is asking, but I think it's no. We can't require them to have a remote policy.

238/3/228/3/22FMCI think maybe I'd be open to the Project management roll. I made everything the Governance LCATs and didn't really think about the others. In my mind the Gov IV role would be the PM, but I don't know. We could just say they're open to propose their own mix, but that could get messy. Thoughts??
