About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document (N0018926QL235) addressing vendor inquiries related to a relocation project involving macro artifacts from an outdoor storage pad to an indoor storage building.

The government clarified that vendors are responsible for determining truck requirements and providing all equipment necessary for the move, including forklifts; government will not provide photographs or detailed site layouts at this time, though an optional site visit was coordinated per amendment 0002. Regarding the artifacts, the Steam Cutter contains only wood pallets (engine stored separately), and the K108 Rocket Launcher and Base (Weapon Alpha) has a combined estimated weight of 25,000 lbs with no separate weight available for the base. Vendors may deliver pallets and cradles prior to work commencement, with storage available either outside between pads or inside until the move begins.
