(a) Evaluation factors. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers:

The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of this solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12. The award will be made on a limited source (brand name) basis after the price is determined to be fair and reasonable. The Government intends to evaluate and award a contract based on initial quote; therefore, the Quoter's initial quote should contain the Quoter's best terms from a price standpoint.

(c) . A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer furnished to the successful Offeror within the time for acceptance specified in Notice of award the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
