About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file detailing requirements for a museum audiovisual system setup. The customer seeks a flexible, temporary audiovisual system with three 82" monitors on movable floor stands, four speakers (two front, two back), wireless connectivity, and two podiums with mini displays. The system must be able to operate with varying configurations, such as one monitor and two speakers, and accommodate different event needs.
Key specifications include wireless content and audio transmission to minimize cords, preference for two wireless microphones (with two potentially built into podiums), a music playback option, and the ability to set up and take down equipment quickly. The delivery and installation timeline is set for 31 March 2026. Museum staff will handle equipment setup and ensure functionality, while presenters will operate the system. The system requires brand name or equal products as listed in the solicitation, with the overall goal of creating a versatile and adaptable audiovisual presentation environment.
