Questions and Answers
RFQ N0018924Q0461
8/7/2024
1. Could you share a copy of the document referenced in the SOW, "Artifact and Analysis & Summary Report: Byrd Hut Curation Support"?
o I have requested the report from the command, I am hoping to have this by Monday 8/12/2024.
2. Would it be possible to extend the due date for submitting the quote? An additional week would be much appreciated.
o The extension has been granted until Monday 8/12/2024 7:30 AM EST
3. Can the Period of Performance be extended to a minimum of one year from award? This is a multi-step and very complex project with numerous unknowns.
o Due to operations, the Period of Performance will not be extended.
4. The Scope is very heavy on hazardous materials remediation. The NAICS code 712120
(Historical Sites) doesn't quite fit the project description and Contractor Qualifications.
Would it be possible to have a preferred NAICS code of 562910 (Remediation Services)?
o Because there are other tasks assigned to the SOW, the NAICS will remain as is.
5. Lastly, would it be possible to have a brief call with you or someone in the Curator
Branch to discuss the SOW?
o Not currently.
