About this file
This document is a Q&A related to a Request for Quote (RFQ) for an Information Technology Study. The RFQ is a new requirement, not an incumbent contract. The work is to be performed remotely, with the contractor coordinating visits to various museum venues to examine their IT solutions. The RFQ requires that the Lead/Supervising Engineer possess either a PMP or CISSP certification, but does not specify certification requirements for all engineers. The solicitation number is N0018924Q0345, and the contracting agency is the Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command. The purpose of the study is to determine the infrastructure requirements, costs, approvals, and manpower needed to establish a modern, robust IT architecture for the new National Museum of the United States Navy Campus.
