A8. MIL-DTL-32101A with Amend 3 and NOR 258-0012-001 is the most recent DTL. The Government will accept proposals based on this specification for ASZM-TEDA media (both files are attached). However, Offerors are hereby notified that there is a more recent change to the ASZM-TEDA media that was not referenced here. The Army granted waivers to its filter manufacturers that require ASZM-TEDA and there is an ongoing effort to update MIL-DTL-32101 globally so that waivers (for each filter and for each manufacturer) would not be necessary. At this time that update has not been published yet. Whenever this updated MIL-DTL is released, the Government will modify all awardee’s contract(s) to allow this change since media manufacturing has already been changed.
