About this file
This is Amendment 0002 to Solicitation N0016726Q1113, issued by the Naval Supply Systems Command (NSSC) Carderock Division on June 29, 2026. The amendment extends the response due date from June 30, 2026 to July 2, 2026 at 12:00 PM EDT, with the questions deadline moved to July 1, 2026 at 12:00 PM EDT. Contractors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the submission deadline using one of three methods: completing items 8 and 15 and returning copies, acknowledging receipt on each offer copy, or submitting a separate written communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers.
The solicitation procures AIS DIVI collection furniture and installation services for two Navy facilities in Dania Beach, Florida: Building 10 (91 N. Beach Road) and Building 40 (8010 N Ocean Drive). Building 10 requires one reception station, three office stations in specified sizes, eight workstations in the open area, and one non-powered panel with hinges. Building 40 requires two cable room stations, six team office stations, and one team lead office station. All workstations must include fabric-covered panels, curve linear worksurfaces, BBF/FF pedestals, duplex receptacles with power components, and matching finishes (Rainfall Shore fabric, White Chocolate laminate, Inner Tone paint, white grommets). Removal of existing furniture is required only at Building 10. Metal pedestals and overhead hutches are acceptable if colored Inner Tone. Security requirements mandate SECNAV5512 forms submitted 48 hours prior to installation. Building 10 features a ramp and 2 stairs with no dock; Building 40 has 4 stairs with no ramp or dock. Award will be made to the technically acceptable quoter offering the most advantageous proposal considering past performance and price, evaluated using FAR 52.212-2 criteria.

Section M - Evaluation Factors for Award
The following clauses were modified:
52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services. (Deviation 2026-O0038) Feb 2026 hereby reads as follows:
EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD
The Government has determined that an award will be made to the responsible Quoter whose technically acceptable quote is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, past performance and price considered
a. Technical Acceptability: All quotations will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis to determine if the proposed product(s) clearly meet the technical requirements outlined in the solicitation's Performance Work Statement / salient characteristics. Quotations that do not meet the minimum requirements detailed in the solicitation will be rated "Unacceptable" and will not be considered further.
b. Past Performance: The Government reserves the right to consider past performance information for the lowest-priced, technically acceptable vendor prior to award. The Government may use information available in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) and other sources. A neutral past performance rating will be assigned if no relevant past performance information is available.
c. Price: The price of all technically acceptable quotations will be evaluated for reasonableness. Award will be made to the quoter whose technically acceptable quote is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, past performance and price considered.
d. (c) Options. (if applicable) The Government will evaluate quotes for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced.
Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s).
Quoters responding to this solicitation are advised that, prior to award, the government may request quoters to submit information/data to support price reasonableness such as copies of paid invoices for the same or similar items, sales history for the same or similar items, price list with effective date and/or copies of catalog pages along with any applicable discounts.
The Government reserves the right to request that the awardee reduce its total price, or adjust CLIN prices with no change to total price, in order to reduce administrative costs and avoid unnecessary burdens for the agency pursuant to FAR 12.201-1(d).
QUESTIONS: Any questions in relation to this solicitation shall be submitted via e-mail to Arnel Ngo at arnel.a.ngo.civ@us.navy.mil. All questions received will be answered in an amendment to the solicitation.
