About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for 12 gauge shotgun ammunition. The Navy is seeking quotes to provide ammunition that meets the specifications outlined in drawings. Quotes are due by August 18, 2023 and will be evaluated on a low price technically acceptable basis. Technical factors include the vendor's technical approach, ability to meet delivery schedules, past performance history as indicated in government ratings, and acceptance period. To be considered technically acceptable, vendors must certify conformance to the specifications, delivery date, past performance ratings, and 45-day acceptance period. Along with pricing information, vendors must submit documentation including a capabilities statement, completed delivery schedule, technical evaluation matrix, and past performance questionnaire. The award will be a firm fixed price contract under simplified acquisition procedures.
