AMENDMENT 0005

Question:

Page 9+10 of the 73 page solicitation has a table referring to Table I: Qualification, where are 3.3.1 thru 3.3.15 referenced from?

Answer:

In developing this solicitation, the system automatically renumbered the Performance Specification within the document. As a result, the Performance Specification references in the Statement of Work Section 2.4 Table I:

Qualification no longer matched the correct Performance Specification paragraphs. The Performance Specification has been renumbered to clarify the Government’s requirement.
