Attachment 6: Questions and Answers Amendment 02
Q1: Each Tablet requires a Screen Protector which is identified as a separate line item on the RFQ. If the Tablet already includes a screen protector "in the box" do you still want this priced out as a replacement item, or disregard?
Yes, they still need to be priced out for the associated CLINS for Tablet A, B, C, and D.
Q2: Some Tablets require a headset Jack. If the Tablet does not have an integrated headset jack, is it acceptable for the jack to be shipped separately?
This is acceptable but the contractor should have a process in place to ensure the required jack gets shipped when the tablet is ordered.
Q3: CLIN 0033 indicates an external wired USB Keyboard with touchpad, QWERTY & 88 key mobile tablet keyboard. Does this need to be a rugged vehicle mount capable keyboard or a standard non-rugged keyboard?
Standard non-rugged keyboard
