NOTE: Due to the wide distribution of this report, accuracy is paramount!

One of the most important purposes of the daily SITREP is to report the availability of aircraft to the customer by using the appropriate FMC, PMC or NMC Codes.

The Date prepared will be the actual day of operation and will be entered in the cell under "Date Prepared" regardless of the aircraft's flying status.

S=Search and Rescue Flights, T=Training, F=Functional Check Flight/ Maintenance Check, O=Other (provide comments)

Totals: Totals: CVP (CONUS Visiting Personnel)

INSTRUCTIONS

An aircraft not available for the scheduling and execution of missions for the assigned day will be reported as NMC.

The SITREP report shall be completed each day by the Site Manager/OIC or designee and forwarded to PM. PM will forward to MSC daily.

The accuracy of this reporting determines the billable events for each aircraft.

V=VERTREP, P=Passenger Transfer, M=Mail Transfer, C=Internal Cargo, L=Logistics (Flights to other vessels or shore facilities for support purposes)

In this space: indicate at sea or in port, if PMC or NMC provide estimated time of repair (ETR), and provide any comment appropriate regarding operations, safety, personnel, maintenance, ship, etc that will clarify or improve the flow of information.

Report in the PERSONNEL SECTION of the SITREP an accurate account for each position/billet represented at the site. This is accomplished by entering total on site personnel in the "On-Site" column and the total required in the "Required" column. Information in the grayed out cells are not used in the total computations, therefore this area is to reserved for Site and Assistant Site Manager. The head counts for these positions are the only positions entered twice. For Example: John Doe is the OIC as well as a PUMA PIC. His position as OIC will be accounted for in the grayed out cells and also his position as a PUMA PIC will be included with all the PUMA PIC's. The totals will only reflect his PUMA PIC Position.
