QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
The following are answers to questions received from potential offerors. The answers provide clarification only and DO NOT constitute an amendment to the solicitation.
1. Are these follow-on requirements? If so, could you please provide the incumbent contract numbers?
ANSWER: These are not follow-on requirements. These are new requirements.
2. The RFP requires that the vessel crew be US Citizens. We have a vessel and crew that is experienced with the NATO Submarine rescue system and available. Would the Navy allow a crew who possess NATO clearances and UK citizens?
ANSWER: Please see Amendment 0002 for revised language under “Complement and Crew.”
