About this file

This pre-solicitation synopsis is for a five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to procure an estimated one hundred ten Rigid Inflatable Boats from a single contractor. The Navy seeks eight-meter and eleven-meter boats for special warfare support and the Coast Guard requires eleven-meter boats for missions including counter-smuggling, search and rescue, and ports security. Boats must be built to commercial standards using government specifications and support comparable or enhanced performance to current capabilities. The small business set-aside contract will have firm fixed pricing and be awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. The subsequent request for proposal solicitation number is N00024-21-R-2205 and will be issued electronically on BetaSAM.
