About this file
This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for the Post Shakedown Availability (PSA) execution on nine Freedom Variant Littoral Combat Ships in Mayport, Florida. Required submissions include a funds and man-hours expenditure report, a weekly manning forecast, an earned value management report, test plans, trial reports, cost proposals, problem identification reports, adverse environmental conditions and plant protection plans, a quality plan, and an integrated master schedule. Submissions are due on a one-time, monthly, biweekly, or weekly basis beginning 30 days after contract award through 90 days after the period of performance. The Naval Sea Systems Command will be the requiring office for all submissions.
