About this file
This document contains a cost summary spreadsheet template and instructions for a federal solicitation seeking program management knowledge-based services to support the F-35 Joint Program Office.
The solicitation will result in a single-award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract with cost-plus-fixed-fee and cost-only contract line items to provide services including contract management, program management, technical support, analytical support, acquisition support, and operational support. The total potential contract period of performance is five years. The initial task order period of performance is one base year plus four option years. Proposals are due within 180 days and the government anticipates awarding the contract as a total small business set-aside. The cost summary spreadsheet template includes instructions for prime contractors and subcontractors to provide labor categories, rates, and other direct costs for evaluation.
