14-Aug-19XReference answer to Questions 5, 17, 52, 54, 56, and 65. What decision has the Government reached regarding "only Prime contractor submissions for the SSWS"? Will the Government allow SSWS submissions from the prime contractor and their proposed teammates or only from the prime? The Government's decision is critical information that industry needs to make bid and investment decisions and prepare for RFP release.NAs teaming will not be allowed at the MAC level, only submissions from Prime Vendors will be accepted for the SSWS. Projects allowed for submission may have been completed as a "Principle SubContractor" . Principle Subcontractor is defined as a subcontractor who provides at least 20% of the proposed total price/cost (excluding the Offeror’s profit/fee), for the contract or provides one or more Key Personnel.

Note that all teaming arrangements will only be at the delivery order level.
