About this file

This document announces an industry day for a multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract solicitation from the Naval Air Systems Command's Program Manager for Strike Planning and Execution Systems. The scope of work includes hardware and software development, integration, testing and evaluation, deployment, modifications, and sustainment across ten PMA-281 programs ranging from ACAT II to IV. Deliverables may include studies, designs, analyses, documentation, code development and deployment, engineering changes, training materials, help desk support, and corrective maintenance. The Navy intends to award this effort as a full and open competition through one request for proposal resulting in multiple awards. Delivery orders will be competed among awardees. An industry day will take place on June 13, 2019 to brief prospective offerors on PMA-281 product lines and collect written questions. The Navy must receive requests to attend by May 30 with company and attendee information. Presentation materials and questions forms will be posted online with answers available two weeks after the event.
