About this file
This document contains a question and answer form related to a pre-solicitation for a multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. The pre-solicitation is for the PMA-281 Software and Hardware Development and Sustainment IDIQ contract to be issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Air Systems Command. The scope of work will include development, integration, testing, deployment, modification, and sustainment of hardware and software products supporting both domestic and foreign military sales programs for ten PMA-281 product lines ranging from ACAT-II to pre-ACAT efforts. One request for proposal will result in multiple awards for contracts, with delivery orders to be competed amongst awardees for specific program requirements. Questions addressed in the form relate to experience project criteria and applicability of commercial contracts.
