About this file
This document provides information regarding a pre-solicitation for a multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract supporting the Program Manager for Air ASW, Assault and Special Mission Programs (PMA-281). The scope of work includes software and hardware development, integration, testing, deployment, modification, and sustainment efforts supporting ten PMA-281 programs ranging from ACAT II to ACAT IV. Deliverables may involve studies, designs, documentation, code, engineering changes, training materials, help desk functions, and operations and sustainment activities. The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award multiple IDIQ contracts under a full and open competition solicited through one request for proposal. Delivery orders will then be competed amongst awardees.
