The Offeror shall provide a n explanation of all ground rules and assumptions that affect the price estimates.

b. Contract Prices for Firm Fixed Price CLINs

Offeror shall demonstrate reasonableness and consistency between the Volume 2 Technical and Volume 4 Price. Show traceability with the CLINs, the PWS, proposed effort and prices. The Government will develop an evaluated price in accordance with the criteria specified in Section M. The Offeror will use the “round” function in excel and truncate all fractional dollars to two decimal places (e.g., $47.24). The Offeror shall input the CLIN Unit Price directly on Attachment 9 worksheet and not import or “link” the Unit Price from any other worksheet or workbook.

Additionally, the Offeror shall complete all CLIN Extended Price calculations directly on Attachment 9 - “Section B Supplies/ Services Prices” worksheet and not import or “link” the Extended Price calculation from any other worksheet or workbook.
